BFP today - tenderness gone now?

Has anyone had this and gone on to have successful pregnancy? had BFP this morning and my BBs were sore now they are not. Not even a little bit. They are usually sore before AF and stay sore until it arrives. When i had my son i didn't have any tenderness at all in the first few weeks.
