What does he mean? Teen Dating?

It sounds pretty darn flirtacious to me. The question is, are you sure he likes somebody else? What evidence is there of him liking someone else? However, there is the possibility to consider that he only thinks of you as a friend, or that he's a flirtaholic and hits on anything that moves. Look at the way he interacts with other girls that he's friendly with and it should be pretty clear whether he likes you or not. But, it seems like flirting to me. Go for it :D
