I love (wife) but hubby is not too much into it?

married for almost 12 years. Four kids. I LOVE I love to explore different places different positions. However, my husband is not into it. I asked him to have at a park at night in the car etc... but he says he doesnt want to because it is not a decent thing to do. and sex should be done at home. and also when we are done and i asked for more he says "be satisfied with it". "you have psychological issue" when i want sex i have to ask for it. loved it also when he touches me around my ocks body and all that but he likes to lay while i ride on him. what do i do? Now i recently asked if i can buy a vibrator he says it is offending and embarring what do i do?
