I think your best bet would be to contact an adoption agency that handles adoptions in Ukraine. If you can't find one then try contacting the Ukraine emby and then see if they can recommend one that will work with one of your local ones. Adoption agency have different standards and while one may say that you couldn't adopt because of a past history of cancer, there will be one out there that will allow it. Generally that want you to be so many years cancer free and I think you have been. This is not the best place to get info as some people take every chance they get to discourage people from adoption as they don't like it. personally, I think it is great and wish you luck
