Lump in the middle right side of neck next to the throat?

About a week ago after having a sore throat and nothing more, not even the sniffles after, i discovered a lump on the right side of my neck and right next to the throat. This lump is underneath the lymph node that has been swollen and i also noticed this lump while i was sick. I've been to the doctor 3 times in the past 8 or so months and had my physical about a 2 months ago and everything was fine. I am a 20 year old male. Also i do have anxiety so this is why i am trying to calm my nerves without having to go back to the doctor again. The lump it's self does move when i poke it, it's harder then my lymph node but still a bit squishy. It doesn't hurt and when i poke hard enough i do feel it with a slight pain and discomfort throughout my head and neck. Should i go back or is this just a natural gland and or node in the body i just wasn't aware of until now?
