Cherry eye surgery and my mastiff puppy?

my mastiff puppy,bernie, is 8 months.he has had two cherry eye surgeries because the 1st time didn't keep the cherry eye tucked back. he had his 2nd surgery earlier this morning and now his eye is the size of a golfball!!! the socket is swollen with red bulging tissue.it is oozing puss. im wondering what is wrong.i hope he doesn't have an infection.some one help.maybe a vet please?
