Anyone Familiar with Microsoft Publisher?

In Publisher you click on Insert, down to object and scroll to wav sound, then navigate to where the sound file is and double click. It works fine in Publisher, but are you, rather than saving in publisher format, saving as a webpage? if so, there are limitations because though you can use more or less any program for a webpage these days, they can be really only basic and for a site where you want sound, images, hyperlinks etc it is best to use a program which is created specifically for the design of web pages.
