Hopw would yo describe a local new yorker?

i know this white guy from new york. he talks so wierd, but he says i do.im from chicago. people say i talk country and i think he talks like hes from another country. its like he talks with an accent, but thats how new yorkers talk. he acts ghetto too, a little too real.
