Is combustible Saltwater a possibility in solving the world energy crisis?

Can it happen? Can we find a way to ignite it like gasoline? If so, wouldn't our fuel problems be solved since saltwater is 75% of the world. Give me some positives and negatives...additionally, have you heard anything of this technology or is it impossible
