Is Obama's Efforts" ALREADY" starting to work ?

The markets had a 325 plus day tuesday..The Citibank will show a profit this quarter.. Does this mean Obama's plan to TRY and fix the "Bush Legacy" may be working?? And Why is Senator Boehner from OHIO who has NEVER accomplished ANYTHING while in office has nothing but negative comments about anything connected with the fixing of the Catastophe left on Obama by Boehner and the other Republicans left in Washington after the elections??The bill Boehner is speaking of is loaded with earmarks which ALSO is a leftover from the Bush Administration..For Obama to VETO it would be disastrous for AMERICA !!
